The Customs and Entry Services are provided in an around-the-clock operation and they guarantee you the complex processing of documents, which are necessary for the movement of goods between EU and third states namely on Slovak Republic territory, customs clearance in export and import. We provide you with the customs clearance in the customs enclosure area, which is determined by the Customs Office in Žilina in area of "Colspedia" Road Customs Centre.

Further we provide you with the new processing of documents and papers, submission of statistical survey to INTRASTAT-SK because of trade within the frame of movement of goods between Slovak Republic and EU countries.

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING:

» processing of all the documents, which are necessary for import/export clearance (SAD - Single Administrative Document, SADc - Single Administrative Document complement, DCV - Declaration of Customs Value, DCVc - Declaration of Customs Value complement, filling of CMR, EUR1)
» full declarant (/customs agent) representation in tariff negotiation
» customs debt's liability for all the customs rules
» documents processing for common transit system T1, T2, internal transit, carnet TIR
» customs debt's liability for the common transit system T1, T2
» applications' processing about the permission of rules with the economic impact (active and passive improvement trade, temporary use, reprocessing under customs supervision)
» administration of the registration for the customs rules with the economic impact
» re-export of commercial transactions, including nullification of documents
» counselling and consultations which are concerning the specific customs problem in connection with the import, export or direct transit of goods
» INTRASTAT – collection and processing of data for statistical monitoring of foreign trade within the frame of EU and between Slovak republic and third states.
